Sarah MacDonald’s Place(SMP) is a six-story, 63-unit residence that provides safe, comfortable and affordable housing in a caring community in Pickering. This $7.6M project was completed in 1995 under the Ontario Ministry of Housing “Access to Permanent Housing Program” initiative. It is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are committed to providing accommodation for those most in need.
